Is Rovi a veterinary service?

No. Rovi is a pet-care planning and creative tool. It gives general-education plans and artwork — never diagnosis, treatment, medication or dosage advice. Any health concern goes to a licensed veterinarian.

What do I actually get?

A structured, life-stage care plan with checklists and a questions-to-ask-your-vet block, six kinds of downloadable pet artwork, and short celebration or memory reels in 16:9 and 9:16.

How does billing work?

Simple monthly or yearly subscriptions in USD (Companion, Pack, Pro). Plan allowances reset each month and do not carry over. No credit top-ups, no stored balance. Cancel anytime.

Do you sell pet products or medication?

Never. Rovi is online-only digital content. We do not sell, ship or broker any medication, supplements or physical goods, and we do not give dosing or medical instructions.

What about my uploads and results?

You keep ownership of anything you upload. We process it only to create your plan and artwork, and uploads default to a 30-day cache before clearing. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
