Terms of Service

Rovi is an online-only digital subscription that generates general-education pet-care plans and creative assets (portraits, cards and short reels). It is a planning and creative tool only.

Rovi is not a veterinary service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication or dosage advice. All care content is general educational information, not an individualised medical plan. Any health concern, symptom or emergency must be taken to a licensed veterinarian immediately. Rovi must never be used to replace or delay professional veterinary care.

We do not sell, ship, dispense or broker any medication, prescription products, supplements or physical goods, and we do not provide dosing instructions. Rovi is an online-only digital service that delivers digital content only: there are no physical goods, no shipping, no logistics and no in-person services of any kind.

You must be at least 13 to use Rovi. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. The service is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit. You agree to use Rovi lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including our animal-welfare rules.

Plans (Companion, Pack, Pro) are billed in USD monthly or yearly through our payment provider. Plan allowances reset each billing period and do not carry over. There are no credit top-ups or stored balances. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the assets we generate for you. Licensing details, including permitted personal and commercial use, are set out in the Content License.

Generated plans and artwork are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artistic interpretation. Review everything before relying on it. See the AI Disclaimer.

We may update, improve or change features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, ROVING VET LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from reliance on general-education content instead of professional veterinary care. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
