Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rovi is a digital subscription. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and refunds.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@rovivet.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then does not renew. Plan allowances do not carry over after a period ends.
Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically in USD until cancelled. We show the plan and price clearly before you subscribe, and your payment provider records each charge.
Refunds
- Because plans unlock digital generation immediately, fees for a period already used are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, a renewal you did not intend, or you experienced a genuine service fault, contact us within 14 days and we will review a full or partial refund.
- Unused monthly allowance is not separately refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
- If you are unhappy with a generated image, we prioritise re-rendering it before considering a refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law in your country. Consumers in the UK/EU acknowledge that by starting digital generation during any cancellation window they agree to immediate performance of the service.
